BP Soft: Clarification of GPC Rules
Dear friends, the GPC International Board has agreed that the Soft Bench Press (Sling shot) must NOT cover elbows. This was agreed for safety reasons. Update to the Rules book to follow

Dear friends, we are pleased to announce that the Moldovan Federation has become a new member of our GPC family. We thank our friends from Moldova for their interest in becoming a member of the GPC. It is an honor for us and we greatly appreciate this step.
